Features Of TelosB
TelosB is a technological term used in Information Technology field. The term Telos is derived from Greek word which means end, purpose or goad. It is a wireless network device which has sensor devices which is used to check the temperature, solar radiation, and other sensing devices. Below are the features of TelosB:
- It is a platform for low power consumption companies for research and developments.
- It is also used for wireless sensor network experimentation for the organization.
- This device contains embedded antenna, logger flash, serial ID, radio, USB connector, analog and digital I etc. which helps the device to perform the job.
- We also have an optional sensor suite including integrated light, temperature and humidity sensor
- We wil have a base station which will connect to the broadcast communication which is also called multi-hop. It will do the ACD reading on strain guage and sends alarm whenever there is any deformation. All nodes receive that alarm and you can see a light blinking on the device.
- You also have the deformation measuring meter in your system which will allow you to show how much time does it take to transfer the amount and if the deformation meter is increased then it will take more time to transfer the data.
